No, no referral is required to access our services. However, some insurance companies may require a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner. It is your responsibility to verify this information with your insurance company.
Business hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Calls and emails are returned during these hours.

Yes, the sessions are confidential. This means that no information will be shared without your permission. However, psychologists practicing in New Brunswick must respect confidentiality limits. These limits will be explained to you during the first meeting.

In New Brunswick, the title of psychologist is protected and regulated by the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick (CPNB). To hold the title of psychologist, you must have completed university training in psychology and completed internships in the workplace. Psychologists are also required to follow a code of ethics and professional conduct, as well as the CPNB code of conduct.
You will be welcomed in an atmosphere of trust. The first meeting will consist of a clinical interview. This includes, among other things, the review of your symptoms, your current situation, your history, etc. We will also discuss your therapeutic objectives.
The therapeutic process relies heavily on the bond of trust between the therapist and the client. That being said, during the first sessions, establishing this bond of trust will be prioritized.
The frequency of sessions depends on many factors, including the severity of the difficulties encountered and the phase of treatment the client is in.
The frequency of sessions will be discussed with you during the first meeting.
Typically, a therapy session lasts about 60 minutes. The last 10 minutes are reserved for administrative purposes, such as billing and scheduling the next appointment.
Session fees ($225) can be paid by cash, electronic transfer, debit and credit.
No, psychological evaluation is not a service offered.
